Special Event: General Relativity turns 100!

2015 marks the 100th anniversary of Albert Einstein's formulation of the general theory of relativity. We will celebrate this by a special colloquium which will be delivered by prof. David Gross (KITP, University of California at Santa Barbara), Nobel Prize laureate:


"The Enduring Legacy of Albert Einstein"

Infeld Colloquium

Professor David Gross received the 2004 Nobel Prize in Physics for the discovery of asymptotic freedom. He has also made substantial contributions in the development of string theory.


This event accompanying the Scalars 2015 conference is organised within the Leopold Infeld Colloquium of the Institute of Theoretical Physics at the Faculty of Physics, University of Warsaw. Coffee and refreshment will be served before the colloquium at 3pm in the lobby of CENT II building.
