Conference fee
The conference fee, covering coffee breaks, lunches and all social events, is 250 EUR if paid till October 31, 2015 (note the extended deadline!), for later payment it is 300 EUR.
PhD students may apply for a reduced conference fee (125 EUR if paid till October 31, 2015, for later payment 150 EUR). The application for a reduced fee (accompanied by a recommendation letter from PhD thesis advisor) should be sent to scalars2015@fuw.edu.pl.
For accompanying persons the conference fee amounts to 120 EUR (150 EUR), it includes welcome reception, conference dinner, concert, sight-seeing tours (and lunches).
The participants are requested to pay the conference fee by a bank transfer to:

The reference for bank transfer should be made for each accompanying person.
If the bank transfer is made after November 15, participants are kindly requested to present confirmation of the payment at the registration.
