Weather conditions in Warsaw.
Currently the temperature oscillates around zero Celsius, with temperature falling below zero at night. The weather forecasts for the period of the Scalars 2015 conference predict higher temperatures, about 7C during the day and 2C during the night. The weather in December in Poland is subject to dynamical changes so some rains should be expected. It is advised to have an umbrella, a thick jacket or coat and waterproof shoes.

It is our pleasure to announce that ALL PhD students who applied for the reduced conference fee and for whom the recommendation letter by her/his superviser was sent to us, are entitled to such reduction.

There will be a poster exhibition during all coffee breaks of the meeting, starting on December 4. Anyone wishing to have her/his poster displayed is kindly requested to contact the organizers directly and to provide the title and the abstract. Please note that the poster exhibition is organized independently of the parallel sessions.

Conference fee:
early payment (till October, 15)- 250 Euro
late payment (after October, 15) - 300 Euro.
Conference fee for PhD students (recommendation letter required, to be sent to scalars2015@fuw.edu.pl):
early payment (till October, 15)- 125 Euro
late payment (after October, 15) - 150 Euro.
Conference fee covers coffee breaks, lunches and all social events.
